Shipping Policy
Shipping is not included in the cost of the item. The price of shipping depends on variables such as weight, urgency and distance. Please expect a shipping cost estimate within 10 days of the order, and send payment directly to $mariex0tics on Cashapp to help fulfill your order as soon as possible. Items are shipped within 10 days of the order being placed, however we strive to fulfill them as soon as possible. Packages including photos will receive photos digitally only, not printed. Items are sent discreetly from Wixel Labs LLC. Liquids do not qualify for shipment, therefore in-person delivery arrangements will be made within 10 days of placing the orders.
Items may not be returned due to their nature. If you have an issue with your item, please reach out via our online chat feature or via email at MistressMarieOfficial@gmail.com.

Booking Policy
Bookings must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time. Appointments must be made with a 50% deposit sent to Cashapp $mariex0tics at the time of booking. The deposit must be sent within 48 hours of the booking otherwise the booked appointment will be cancelled. Appointments are not expected to be paid in full until the time of the session.

Chat Policy
Chatting requires an initial tribute of $30 to begin interacting with Mistress Marie, $15 app access fee that applies to either Telegram or Snapchat, and a payment for 30 minutes of chat time.
First -time chatting is $50, and after that chatting is $60.
Chats may be conducted via texting, live video, or audio messages.
Adding Mistress Marie to Snapchat or Telegram does not entitle you to approval or chatting. All requests will be ignored until $30 initial tribute and $15 app access fee are received. You will have a moment to express what you are seeking and if you want to chat, send the chat fee ASAP or you will be ignored.
Any requests for hookups will be filtered out and blocked from further communication. Unblock fee is an additional $150.

Cancellation, Reschedule, and Tardiness Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled due to your disrespectful or otherwise unprofessional behavior, you will not receive a refund.
If the appointment needs to be rescheduled on behalf of Mistress Marie Official, the Company will not charge any additional fees for this.
If you are late to the appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled.
If you intend to arrive more than 15 minutes past the start time, want to extend your session past the scheduled end time, or want to schedule again after cancelling within 48 hours or no-showing, you will incur a fee of 50% the cost of the session, including the dungeon rental fee. No appointments will be accepted until the fee has been paid via Cashapp or cash. Gifts are not accepted in lieu of USD currency.
