Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule and Tardiness Policy: (You will not be given special treatment, so please, act accordingly.) Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled due to your disrespectful or otherwise unprofessional behavior, you will not receive a refund. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled on behalf of Mistress Marie Official, the Company will not charge any additional fees for this. If you are late to the appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. If you intend to arrive more than 15 minutes past the start time, want to extend your session past the scheduled end time, or want to schedule again after cancelling within 48 hours or no-showing, you will incur a fee of 50% the cost of the session, including the dungeon rental fee. No appointments will be accepted until the fee has been paid via Cashapp or cash. Gifts are not accepted in lieu of USD currency. You can expect a response within 48 hours of your inquiry. Thank you for your cooperation. Booking Policy: Bookings must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time. Appointments must be made with a 50% deposit sent to Cashapp $mariex0tics at the time of booking. The deposit must be sent within 48 hours of the booking, otherwise the booked appointment will be cancelled. Appointments are not expected to be paid in full until the time of the session.
